Job Description - Grade Specific

The Automation Engineer will be a hands‑on Python developer responsible for building secure, cloud‑native automation workflows.

The role focuses on Python‑based process automation and orchestration, integrating systems across Azure, AWS. This is not a traditional SOC role.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop Python automations and workflow orchestration

- Create cloud automations using Azure Functions / Logic Apps and AWS Lambda / Step Functions

- Integrate APIs and orchestrate workflows across multiple platforms

- Build reusable automation components and CI/CD pipelines

- Ensure solutions meet security and quality standards

Required Skills:

- Fluent in English

- Good communication skills

- Strong Python development experience

- Hands‑on experience with Azure and AWS

- API integrations and event‑driven workflows

- Agile delivery experience

Nice to Have:

- Experience with Cortex XSOAR automation

- AI‑ or LLM‑assisted automation experience

- ServiceNow or identity platform integrations
