Microwave Project Manager / Compact Core Project Manager / Hytera Project Manager

1. Hytera Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Hytera Project Manager to lead the delivery of mission-critical communication projects across Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Hytera solutions and proven project management experience in telecom, public safety, or oil & gas sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide regular reporting to stakeholders
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of Hytera-based communication projects
  • Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables
  • Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, integration, procurement) and external stakeholders
  • Dispatch systems and control rooms
  • Monitor project progress and handle risks, issues, and changes
  • Ensure compliance with technical standards, safety, and contractual requirements
  • Oversee site surveys, installation, testing, and commissioning activities
  • Manage vendor relationships and subcontractors
  • Provide regular reporting to clients and senior management
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and successful project handover

2. Microwave Project Manager

The Microwave Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering microwave transmission and backhaul projects. This includes managing the deployment of point-to-point and point-to-multipoint microwave links used in telecom networks, ensuring reliable connectivity, timely delivery, and compliance with technical and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of microwave network projects
  • Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource plans
  • Manage deployment of:
    • Point-to-point microwave links
    • IP/MPLS backhaul integration
    • Transmission upgrades and expansions
  • Coordinate with RF planning, transmission, civil, and field teams
  • Oversee site acquisition, surveys, and line-of-sight (LOS) analysis
  • Manage tower construction, antenna installation, and alignment
  • Ensure proper integration with core and access networks
  • Monitor project risks, issues, and performance
  • Manage vendors, subcontractors, and equipment suppliers
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory authorities (e.g., spectrum licensing)
  • Provide regular status reports to stakeholders and clients

3. Compact Core Project Manager

Job Title: Compact Core Project Manager

 The Compact Core Project Manager is responsible for the successful delivery of compact core network solutions (typically LTE/5G core-in-a-box or virtualized core platforms). This role ensures efficient deployment, integration, and optimization of core network elements, particularly for enterprise, private networks, and remote or rapid-deployment scenarios.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of compact core network projects
  • Define project scope, timelines, budget, and resource allocation
  • Manage deployment of compact/virtualized core solutions, including:
    • EPC (Evolved Packet Core)
    • 5G Core (5GC) components
    • Private LTE/5G networks
  • Coordinate with core network engineers, RAN teams, and IT/cloud specialists
  • Oversee system integration with:
    • Radio Access Network (RAN)
    • Transmission/backhaul networks
    • OSS/BSS platforms
  • Manage installation, configuration, testing, and commissioning
  • Ensure compliance with telecom standards and cybersecurity requirements
  • Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Manage vendors, system integrators, and third-party partners
  • Provide progress reports to stakeholders and ensure customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Computer Engineering, IT, or related field
  • Proven experience in telecom project management, especially in core networks
  • Strong understanding of LTE/5G core architecture and virtualization (NFV/Cloud)
  • Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2) preferred
