New Site Build Site Access Responsible

Your Role

As a New Site Build Site Access Responsible, you will lead the end‑to‑end site access management activities to new mobile network sites. Your focus will be responsible for developing, execution and coordination with all project stakeholders including Customers, Vendors, Tower Companies, etc…).

 The New Site Build Site Access Responsible expected to play an active role on a strategic project in Saudi Arabia to facilitate network ROLL-OUT activities.

Job Responsibilities

• Define, Align, and Monitor project stakeholders to ensure access protocols and process fulfilment (TMS, CRQ, TCN, Special access).
• Manage all required customer documentation required for site access.
• Engage with Tower Companies and Service providers to develop clear protocols for access requests and approval.
•  Supervise and Control all RAN Rollout access related activities.
• Monitor service providers responses and ensure access SLA fulfilment.
• Maintain reporting, documentation tracking, and status communication.
•  Serve as a key point of contact for internal teams, vendors, and external authorities.

Your Profile

• Based in Al Khobar with full travel flexibility.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in telecom site access, rollout coordination, PR engagement, or site acquisition support.
• Experience dealing with TAWAL, Mobily, STC, Salam, Aramco, or similar authorities.
• Familiarity with TMS, AMP, CRQ, Special Access Letters (at least one required; multiple preferred).
• Fluent English speaker (mandatory); Arabic is an advantage.
• Hard‑working, proactive, and comfortable with high field activity.
• Strong documentation, reporting, and follow‑up capability.
• Valid driver’s license.
