Your Role
As a Delivery leader, you will lead a high-impact, long-term engagement and overseeing the deployment and governance of a specialized mission-critical network across the Kingdom. You will act as a strategic advisor and delivery leader, ensuring excellence in execution, client satisfaction, and business growth.
You will be responsible for end‑to‑end delivery governance, client relationship management, technical oversight of telecom programs, and business growth within the account. The role requires a blend of telecom technical expertise, strategic leadership, delivery assurance, and commercial management.
You will serve as a single point of accountability for delivery excellence, client satisfaction, technical oversight, and business growth.
What you can expect in this role:
- Ensures long term value creation and mutual profitable growth by developing client intimacy and in-depth knowledge of the client application portfolio.
- Secures delivery quality, identifies potential business opportunities and collaborates with Group Client Partners to support business development.
- Take full ownership of the end-to-end delivery of a high-stakes, nationwide telecom program.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, including CXOs, influencing strategic decisions and ensuring delivery excellence.
- Provide technical leadership across end-to-end network rollouts, 450 MHz wireless/4G architecture, design, and implementation.
- Govern program performance with a laser focus on risk mitigation, quality assurance, and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate across global business lines to accelerate innovation, enhance competitiveness, and unlock new growth opportunities.
Your Profile
15+ years of proven success in delivering complex, large-scale telecom or network rollout programs.
Strong commercial acumen with a sharp entrepreneurial mindset and a track record of P&L ownership and account growth.
Exceptional CXO-level stakeholder management and executive presence.
Deep domain expertise in RAN, 4G/LTE networks including RAN architecture, protocols, and performance, EPC core, RF planning and Mission-critical services.
Demonstrated ability to lead multicultural, cross-functional teams, including offshore delivery units.
Skilled in contract negotiation, financial governance, and strategic delivery planning; MBA preferred.
Fluent in Arabic and English—a must for effective client engagement and leadership in the region
