Digital Transformation Analyst

Your Role

As a Digital Transformation Analyst in our Business Technology practice, you will support clients in shaping and executing business, IT, and digital transformation strategies. You will work on projects that span business strategy, IT strategy, target operating model design, scaled Agile transformation, digital operating models, and IT cost optimization. Your role will involve helping clients align their business and IT capabilities to drive operational efficiency, digital innovation, and business resilience.

You will collaborate with senior stakeholders, contribute to strategic analysis, and help design future-ready operating models and governance structures. This role is ideal for early-career professionals who are passionate about solving complex business problems through a blend of strategic thinking, digital innovation, and technology insight.

What You'll Do

• Operationalise a business strategy on the planning and development of business structures and models to facilitate the evolution of a business to its desired future state
• Design or refine a solution blueprint or structure to guide the development of IT solutions in hardware, software, processes or related components, to meet current and future business needs
• Support development of business, IT strategies, solutions and action plans, driven by environment scanning and assessment of the client’s future needs and long-term strategic direction
• Contribute to the design of target operating models, including organizational structure, governance, and capability frameworks
• Analyze IT and business cost structures, identify optimization opportunities, and support business cases for change
• Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and data analysis to inform strategic recommendations
• Prepare client deliverables including presentations, reports, and models with clear insights and actionable recommendations
• Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in business, IT, and digital transformation

Your Profile

• Internship experience in a role like management consulting, IT strategy, or a corporate transformation office, with hands-on work in at least one of our core areas (large-scale program governance, enterprise architecture, IT operating model design, IT financial management, or AI strategy).
• Strong analytical and structured thinking. You can take a messy, complex issue and frame it clearly for an executive audience.
• Credibility in client-facing settings. You are comfortable leading a workshop, contributing to a steering committee, and producing clear, defensible deliverables.
• A degree in business, technology, or a related field, combined with a deep curiosity for technology and a demonstrated ability to learn complex topics quickly.
• Experience in financial services, or a clear motivation to develop deep expertise in the sector, is a significant advantage.
