Visionplus Business Analyst | 6 to 12 years | Pune

Job Description

• Good VisionPLUS application experience covering CMS and few other sub-systems like FAS, VMx. 

• Work with client and bank team to understand requirements and develop solution in VisionPLUS.

• Understand client requirements, create design documents, high level estimations, functional specification, technical specification, etc.

• Support development team to clarify technical doubts and if required, be able to perform technical analysis with the development team.

• Support QA team during test planning and execution.

• Support SIT and UAT issue analysis. Able to debug, perform root cause analysis and provide solution to development team for the issues reported.

Primary Skill

• Actively participate in team meetings, onsite meetings and all other project meetings.

• Estimate the development, testing and support activities.

Secondary Skill

• For development programs, should be able to take ownership of enhancements from design to execution stage. For maintenance projects, should be able to own the daily activities of the platform and communicate with client/bank to share the outcome.
