Veeva Developer_Configurator

Your Role

As a Veeva Developer / Configurator, you will play a key role in delivering business and technology transformation initiatives for leading Life Sciences and Pharmaceutical organizations. You will be responsible for leading Pharma AMS assessments, solutioning, proposal support, Veeva platform implementations, and delivery excellence initiatives across R&D, Clinical, Quality, and Regulatory domains.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders, delivery teams, architects, and vendors to design compliant, scalable, and future-ready solutions while supporting application modernization and transformation programs.

In this role, you will:

• Lead Veeva Vault and Veeva CRM implementation, configuration, enhancement, and support initiatives.

• Design and develop integrations between Veeva platforms and enterprise applications using APIs and integration frameworks.

• Conduct application portfolio assessments, application rationalization, and modernization analysis for Life Sciences organizations.

• Facilitate discovery workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and stakeholder discussions.

• Develop solution architectures, transformation roadmaps, and implementation strategies aligned to business objectives.

• Support AMS proposal activities including application inventory assessment, criticality mapping, effort estimation, and support model definition.

• Define transition plans, governance models, SLA/KPI frameworks, and operational excellence strategies for AMS engagements.

• Evaluate vendors, platforms, and technology solutions to recommend the most suitable approach.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery while maintaining regulatory compliance.

• Provide release management support, deployment planning, and environment governance for Veeva platforms.

• Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies during assessments and transformation initiatives.

• Present recommendations, assessment findings, and solution approaches to senior business and technology stakeholders.

• GxP Compliance

• GAMP5

• 21 CFR Part 11

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in global delivery environments.

• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and SAFe methodologies.

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

• Exposure to AI, Data Analytics, and Digital Transformation initiatives within Life Sciences.

• Relevant Veeva certifications.

• Experience supporting large-scale AMS and transformation programs.
