VMware VCF Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional with strong expertise in VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) migrations, advanced networking, and modern infrastructure technologies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in migrating environments from VCF 8 to VCF 9, along with deep knowledge of load balancing, Kubernetes, RBAC, and NSX components.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing infrastructure solutions aligned with enterprise standards. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless migrations, secure access controls, and optimized application delivery using advanced networking technologies.

In this role, you will:

• Lead and execute VCF 8 to VCF 9 migration activities, ensuring minimal downtime and business continuity
• Design and implement advanced load balancing solutions for high availability and performance
• Manage and support Kubernetes environments, including deployment, scaling, and troubleshooting
• Implement and maintain Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) policies to enforce security and compliance
• Configure and manage NSX Service Gateway and related networking components
• Monitor system performance and proactively identify improvement opportunities
• Collaborate with architecture and development teams to optimize infrastructure
• Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and operational best practices
