Telco Networks / AI Consultant - Telecom Consulting

Your role

•    8–12 years of relevant experience in one or more of the following: telecom consulting, telecom network operations, network engineering / transformation, AI / analytics in telecom environments, or network performance / service assurance / operations transformation.
•    Practical experience in delivering Autonomous Network & Digital Twin engagements
•    Practical experience across key network domains such as mobile networks, fixed networks, transport / IP / fiber networks, network operations centers, and network assurance and service management.
•    Experience in applying or advising on AI, ML, analytics, automation, or AIOps in telecom environments.
•    Strong exposure to telecom operational data, network KPIs, and service-quality metrics.

Your Profile

• Telecom Network Transformation Advisory
  Support and lead consulting engagements focused on telecom network transformation, operating model redesign, modernization, and performance improvement. Advise clients on network strategy across domains such as RAN, Core networks, IP, Transport, Fiber, broadband networks, NOC / SOC operations, service assurance and fault management, and network planning and optimization
• AI / Analytics / AIOps Use-Case Development
  Identify, shape, and support delivery of AI-led use cases across telecom network operations and engineering.Design and advise on use cases such as predictive fault detection, root cause analysis, anomaly detection, traffic forecasting, capacity optimization, energy optimization, field force optimization,predictive maintenance, customer-impact correlation, and network incident prioritization.
• Network Operations and Automation
  Assess current-state network operations and identify opportunities to improve monitoring, observability, automation, governance, and performance management.
• Consulting Delivery and Problem Solving
  Should be able to analyse and diagnose business, operational, and technical issues, and translate them into actionable, domain informed recommendations. Develop high quality deliverables including diagnostics, operating models, AI business cases, transformation roadmaps, and executive presentations.Work closely with consulting teams, network SMEs, data scientists, AI engineers, architects, and client leadership teams. Mentor junior team members on telecom domain concepts, problem structuring, and transformation thinking
