Job Description

  • Accountable for BU Demand Fulfilment - end to end irrespective of whether it is internal or in external queue, right from demand capture till allocation.
  • Ensure fulfilment for the Accounts and BU by working with options within the available pool,
    roll offs, proactive hiring.
  • Track and publish Fulfilment Report.
  • Keep a close tab on ramp-ups and ramp-down and facilitate associate movement within the
    BU/account where there are requirements/needs across location.
  • Interface and coordinate with Account PMO, Practice Staffing, BUC and recruitment for above
    activities.
  • Data analysis and effective reporting i.e. reporting around all demands, status in terms of
    fulfilment.
  • Represent BU in RMG Calls.
  • Managing Roll-offs within BU and creating Roll-off reports.
  • Managing internal rotation within BU across geographies.
  • Conduct trend analysis of productivity ratio of the BU and suggest ways for improvement.
  • Comprehend the present margin improvement plans/initiatives and suggest for improvement/
    and or give new dimensions for the most critical KPI.
  • Assessing BU Demand and Supply situations and suggesting solutions.

Required Skills

  • Should have good working knowledge of FS GBU applications and processes – R2D2, Clarity
  • Should have excellent skills in Microsoft Office (Excel / PowerPoint)
  • Should have ability to handle resourcing / staffing / communication
  • Should have prior experience in a similar role
  • Should have excellent Stakeholder Management and communication skills
  • Should have expertise in MIS Reporting and Database
