Your Role

  • Minimum 10+ years in software engineering or IT solutions
  • Strong experience in Cards Architecture
  • Product SME exposure to VisionPLUS and/or HPS (mandatory)
  • Hands‑on experience in Issuing, Authorization, Clearing & Settlement
  • Experience in API Architecture and integration design
  • Exposure to IT infrastructure, cloud environments, and DevOps
  • Good understanding of Business Analysis and requirement scoping

Your Profile

  • Review business requirements and support BAs in scope clarification
  • Design and own end‑to‑end cards solution for assigned workstreams
  • Prepare solution proposals, sequence diagrams, and interface mappings
  • Work closely with Cards Architects and cross‑functional IT teams
  • Act as a bridge between business and IT teams to resolve gaps
  • Technically guide development teams and ensure quality delivery
  • Identify dependencies, risks, and mitigation plans
  • Ensure solutions align with bank architecture standards and strategy
  • Support delivery through agile ways of working
