Your Role

  • Design, develop, and execute test cases for ServiceNow modules, workflows, and integrations.
  • Perform manual and automated testing of new and existing functionalities.Validate business processes across ServiceNow modules like ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, etc.
  • Utilize ServiceNow’s Automated Test Framework (ATF) for developing automated test scripts.Conduct functional, regression, performance, and integration testing.
  • Document and report test results and collaborate with the development team to resolve defects.

Your Profile

  • 4-12 years of total IT experience with relevant of minimum 4 years in ServiceNow testing, with expertise in manual and automated testing.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ATF for automation.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules and platform architecture.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript for writing and executing test scripts
