Job Description

  • Strong experience working on ServiceNow implementations / Enhancement
  • Hands on experience in ServiceNow ITOM module.
  • Must have experience in implementing CMDB/Discovery/Service Mapping/event management solutions, Event rule, alert rule, sub-flow creation, Assignment rules, RegEx.
  • Must have Power Shell/Shell and Java Script knowledge for use cases development.
  • Working knowledge in ServiceNow IT Operations Management Solutions and be able to build or modify custom patterns and troubleshoot.
  • Experienced in working with 3rd party integrations
