Your Role
- Application Support Leadership – Manage multiple application support engagements and ensure smooth day-to-day operations across portfolios.
- Incident & Service Management – Lead Incident, Problem, Change, and Major Incident Management activities while ensuring SLA compliance.
- Client & Stakeholder Management – Work closely with end clients, provide governance reporting, drive issue resolution, and maintain service quality.
- Operations & Capacity Management – Handle project finance, resource capacity planning, demand management, and operational efficiency.
- Cross-functional Coordination – Coordinate with development, infrastructure, and support teams to resolve production issues and drive continuous improvement.
Your Profile
- Overall Experience in 12-14 Years Needed.
- Application Operations Experience – 8–10+ years of hands-on experience in application support and production operations.
- ITIL & ITSM Expertise – Strong knowledge of ITIL processes, ITSM terminology, Incident/Problem/Change Management; ITIL certification preferred.
- Tools & Governance – Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Remedy, etc.) and JIRA for tracking, reporting, and service management.
- Technical & Analytical Skills – Strong techno-functional background with proven experience in production support, issue analysis, and root-cause resolution.
- Project & Communication Skills – Experience in project finance, capacity planning, stakeholder management, client communication, and reporting. Knowledge of Java technologies (Struts, Hibernate, Spring) is an added advantage.
