Primary Skills

  • Design and develop SAP CRM solutions based on business requirements using SAP CRM WebUI, ABAP, BAPI, BADI, and other relevant technologies.
  • Customize and extend standard SAP CRM functionalities across Sales, Marketing, and Service modules to enhance business processes.
  • Collaborate closely with functional consultants to understand business requirements and translate them into technical designs.
  • Implement enhancements and integrations with other SAP modules and external systems as required.
  • Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing to ensure solution quality and stability.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP CRM applications, resolving technical issues promptly.
  • Document technical specifications, system configurations, and processes for reference and knowledge sharing.
  • Stay updated with SAP CRM technology trends, best practices, and new features to continuously improve solution delivery

Secondary Skills

  • Basic understanding of FICA and Convergent Charging (CC).
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management.
  • Experience in technical and functional documentation.
  • Familiarity with industry billing processes (telecom, utilities, media).
  • Knowledge of SAP integration techniques.
