This role provides SME in one or more areas of ServiceIntegration, undertakes consulting work and participates in governance reviews, service audits, benchmarking, and trendanalysis. Assists sales teams in pre qualification and due diligence and builds customer relationships and delivers specific processto support the overall engagement.​
