 Senior Firmware Engineer

 Location: Pune

What you will do

• Work with your Team to organize and manage work, including thoughtful participation during refinement sessions.
• Balance your skillset, interest, and the needs of the product to define, build, test, and deliver, as necessary.
• Along with all Team Members, be both responsible and accountable for the product's requirements/design definition, build, test, and delivery.
• Showcase the most critical components of the developed product to relevant Stakeholders.
• Work effectively with the Product Owner, Scrum Master, Release Train Engineer, Product Manager, and all applicable Stakeholders relating to tools, process, techniques, and relationships.
• Comprehend blocking items that prevent planned work from being completed, then navigate to help eliminate the barriers.

Basic qualifications

• BE/BTech/ME/MTech/MCA

Preferred qualifications

• Programming experience using C++.
• Ability to design, build, and maintain firmware.
• Desire to work on a self-organized Scrum Team.
• Good communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in developing and maintaining automated tests.
• Experience in Scrum.
• Experience with networks: Ethernet, TCP/IP, Wireshark.
• Experience in the industrial automation industry.
• Familiarity of SAFe.
