Your Role

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand learning and capability requirements.
• Design learning architectures, learning journeys, and experience strategies aligned with business goals.
• Lead learning design workshops and collaborate with SMEs, Instructional Designers, and delivery teams.
• Create learning blueprints, storyboards, prototypes, and curriculum frameworks.
• Ensure learning solutions are scalable, engaging, learner-centric, and aligned with adult learning principles.
• Manage the learning design lifecycle from analysis through design, development, and transition to delivery.
• Use data, feedback, and metrics to continuously improve learning effectiveness.
• Leverage AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, Agentic AI, automation tools) to enhance learning design, content structuring, and productivity.
• Contribute to global learning standards, innovation, and best practices within Capgemini University.

Your Profile

• 6-10 years of experience in Learning & Development, Learning Architecture, Learning Experience Design, Instructional Design, or Capability Development within a corporate environment.
• Expertise in designing learner-centric, impactful, and scalable learning solutions aligned to business and capability needs.
• Proven ability to translate business challenges into engaging learning journeys, learning architectures, and development programs.
• Strong knowledge of Instructional Design, Adult Learning Principles (Andragogy), Learning Experience Design (LXD), and Curriculum Design.
• Experience creating and delivering digital, blended, virtual, and classroom-based learning solutions.
• Skilled in conducting learning needs analysis, defining learning outcomes, and measuring learning effectiveness.
• Confident facilitator with experience leading learning design workshops, stakeholder discussions, and collaborative design sessions.
• Proficient in developing learning blueprints, storyboards, prototypes, and experience frameworks.
• Collaborative professional with experience partnering with business leaders, SMEs, delivery teams, and global stakeholders.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to use feedback, insights, and analytics to continuously improve learning experiences.
• Passionate about leveraging AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance learning design quality, innovation, and efficiency.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and consulting skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive meaningful outcomes.
• Committed to creating learning experiences that deliver measurable business impact and capability transformation.
