Scrum Master

Your Role

• You will be responsible for collaborating with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring clarity and understanding.

• You will have to analyse data sets to derive actionable insights, identify trends, and support decision-making processes.

• You will be responsible for identifying inefficiencies in workflows or systems and proposing solutions to optimise business processes.

Your Profile

• Experience of 6 to 12 Years and looking for seasoned Scrum Master & go-getters and who have the take charge attitude.
• Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Experienced in at least in one of the following engagements - BI/DW, DWH, Data Warehousing, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Projects, Data Management, Data Governance
• Enable and empower the development team to deliver high-quality deliverables
• Remove impediments and resolve conflicts to maintain team focus and productivity.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to prioritize the backlog and define clear, actionable user stories.
• Monitor sprint progress using metrics such as velocity, burn-down charts, and capacity planning.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging feedback and implementing learnings.
