Title: Scrum Master

Location: Pune

Exp: 4 to 9 years

Responsibilities:

Managing the scope and timeline of each project

Coordinating sprints, retrospective meetings, and daily stand-ups

Coaching team members in Agile frameworks

Facilitating internal communication and collaboration

Being the point of contact for external communications

Organizing and leading Scrum ceremonies

Removing impediments

Promoting collaboration

Ensuring adherence to Scrum principles and values

Helping the team to self-organize and make better decisions

Helping the team to create high-quality products

Requirements for:

A bachelor's degree

Six years of product or project development experience

Three years of project development experience on an Agile Team

A preferred bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a relevant field

A preferred SAFe

Three or more years of experience as a scrum master or in a similar role
