Your Role

We are looking for an experienced Lead Salesforce Developer (6+ Years) to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. You will provide technical leadership, drive best practices, and collaborate with business and cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality, enterprise‑grade Salesforce implementations.

Your Profile

  • Lead the design and development of Salesforce solutions using Apex, Triggers, Visualforce, and Lightning Components (LWC/Aura) with strong focus on scalability, performance, and maintainability.
  • Architect and implement complex business workflows using Salesforce configuration tools such as Workflows, Process Builder, Validation Rules, and Object/Field customization.Design and build reusable Lightning components, ensuring consistent UI/UX standards across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.Own and guide Salesforce integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, ensuring secure and reliable data exchange.
  • Enforce best practices for unit testing, code coverage, reviews, and deployments using Change Sets, ANT, or Salesforce DX.Mentor and guide junior developers, conduct code reviews, and provide technical direction within Agile/Scrum teams.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on solution design, support data migration activities, troubleshoot production issues, and maintain clear technical documentation.
