Must have skills: IT Project Management,  Team management, Delivery expertise with 7-8 years exp Good to have (know-how):

Manage large-scale IT projects  with a focus on integration technologies and methodologies and Strong technical knowledge of SAP Cloud Integration (CPI) with 1-2 yrs exp  

The Technical Project Manager – CPI will be responsible for leading the technical deployment, integration, and optimization of SAP Cloud Integration solutions.

This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to manage complex integration projects to ensure seamless data exchange across systems, enhancing HR processes. 

Skills and Qualifications: • Technical Expertise: Strong technical knowledge of SAP Cloud Integration (CPI) and proven experience in managing complex integration projects. •

Project Management Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale IT projects, with a focus on integration technologies and methodologies.

• Integration Proficiency: Deep understanding of integration concepts and experience with other integration platforms.

• Communication and Leadership: Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively engage stakeholders at various levels.

• Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills, with a focus on technical troubleshooting and optimization.

• Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with IT regulatory requirements and experience in ensuring compliance and security within integration projects.

• Team Collaboration: Ability to lead and collaborate effectively within a team environment, driving consensus and achieving project goals.
