Your Role

Total Experience: 12-14 Years

Location: Bangalore

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage SAP Programmes & Portfolios – Oversee multiple SAP DevOps projects, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget.
  2. Governance & Reporting – Design and implement programme governance structures, track progress, and provide independent assurance.
  3. Stakeholder Management – Engage and influence stakeholders across all levels, ensuring adherence to governance and project objectives.
  4. Team Leadership – Lead large teams (40+ members), including project roles and business SMEs, while mentoring and coaching staff.
  5. Risk & Issue Management – Identify, assess, and mitigate risks across projects, ensuring quality assurance and compliance.

Your Profile

  • Programme Management Expertise – Strong knowledge of methodologies (Waterfall, Agile), planning, budgeting, and dependency management.
  • Communication & Interpersonal Skills – Advanced verbal and written communication; ability to present complex data clearly.
  • Stakeholder Engagement – Proven ability to manage and challenge senior stakeholders across shores.
  • Financial & Resource Management – Hands-on experience in budget control (£1m+), resource planning, and variance analysis.
  • Certifications – Prince2 / PMP and AgilePM or equivalent.
