As SAP ECP Techno-Functional Consultant, you will :

Design and develop technical solutions within the ECP environment, utilizing strong HR-ABAP skills.Bridge the gap between functional payroll requirements and technical implementation.Support integration flows, ensuring data integrity for payroll replication.Collaborate with Payroll Functional consultants to troubleshoot payroll schemas, PCRs (Personnel Calculation Rules), and interface issues.Maintain and enhance existing custom interfaces and reports, utilizing SAP BTP and modern development standards.

Your Role - Job Role

• Core Technical: Deep expertise in SAP ABAP, HR-ABAP, Web-Dynpro, and CDS views.
• Payroll Technical: Experience supporting SAP Payroll/ECP environments.
• Integration: Hands-on experience with SAP integration suites (CPI/PI/PO) and data replication (Point-to-Point).
• Process Design: Ability to bridge technical development with payroll processes.

Your Profile - Skills Required :

• 10+ years in SAP implementation projects, specifically within the HCM/Payroll domain.
• Strong stakeholder management skills; ability to communicate complex technical concepts to functional team members and business stakeholders.
