About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior SAP Digital Manufacturing (DM) Consultant to lead end-to-end implementations of SAP DM solutions. The ideal candidate will collaborate with global, cross‑functional teams to enable digital transformation across manufacturing operations and ensure seamless integration between ERP (S/4HANA) and shop-floor systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and implement SAP Digital Manufacturing (DM) solutions.
• Integrate SAP DM with S/4HANA, MES, and other enterprise systems.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives across manufacturing operations.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and shop-floor personnel to ensure successful project execution.
• Lead solution design workshops, conduct user training, and provide post‑go‑live support.
• Ensure best‑practice configuration, documentation, and quality standards.

Required Skills & Expertise

• Strong expertise in SAP DM–S/4HANA Integration, including Master Data management.
• Hands‑on experience with:
  • Production Order Execution
  • WIP Tracking & Genealogy
  • Machine Integration & Plant Data Collection
  • Non-conformance Management
  • Resource Orchestration (Scheduling & Dispatching)
  • Issue Resolution & Manufacturing Analytics
  • Batch Management in SAP DM
  • Production Process Orchestration
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience working in manufacturing industry projects.
• Understanding of Industry 4.0 / I4.0 technologies and concepts.
• Experience in global delivery or offshore/onshore working models is a plus.
