ITPM Profile Role:

IT Project Manager (ITPM) with strong domain exposure to Lending.

Mandatory expectations for the ITPM role:

• Proven experience managing IT project deliveries (end-to-end ownership).
• Lending domain background knowledge (Retail / Corporate Lending).
• Understanding of Budgeting, Financials, and Cost Management.
• Exposure to Risk management and regulatory/compliance considerations.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across business, IT, and leadership.
• Hands-on project management skills (planning, execution, tracking, dependencies).

Requirements:
•Cards Domain kownledge, Preferable: Experience in VisionPLUS and/or HPS
• Great Organisational/Self Management skills to ensure all teams are managed to an exemplary level
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both written and verbal to ensure effective communication with all levels of the Organisation
• Experience of delivering complex IT change involving multiple delivery teams both internal and external (3rd parties)
• An understanding and appreciation of Value Streams and how to effectively deliver via this construct
• Previous experience of delivering change to an agreed cost and timeline
