As a Quality Engineer, you ensure high quality of software solutions in collaboration with the whole development team. Your focus lies on effective testing, quality in automation, programming and deploying software. Automation of test activities plays an important part in your role. You understand and use the required tooling to support this.

Job Description - Grade Specific

As Principal Quality and Test Engineer, you are a senior subject matter expert in Quality Engineering and Testing. You advise organizations at CIO and CoE level about QEandT practices. You are leading innovation in the QEandT space and are applying this at account level to support business development. You are likely to have ownership for capability development and presales activities at practice level and above. You are actively involved in international QEandT communities as speaker, contributor to certification bodies... and take the lead in Sogeti internal communities.
