Pre Sales Financial Crime Compliance

Your Role

Capgemini Invent is looking for candidates who have the right mix of Domain & Management experience to join our Data-driven FRC Pre-Sales track.

• The candidate should have a strong understanding of systems, technology, data architecture, processes, and control infrastructures across compliance functions such as KYC/CDD, AML, sanctions screening, fraud, and transaction monitoring.
• They must be capable of supporting large and complex compliance data initiatives—across key regulatory themes like AML, Fraud, KYC/CDD, and Correspondent Banking—by drafting business requirements, functional specifications, test plans, and user guides.
• The role requires willingness to take on committed engagement responsibilities, including client-facing advisory or delivery roles, while collaborating with local and global teams to implement solutions.
• The candidate should have experience working with international banking or compliance regulators (such as FinCEN, OFAC, FCA, APRA, MAS) and possess business analysis experience within technology consulting in the Financial Services domain.

Your Profile

• The candidate should have a strong understanding of FCC products such as Actimize, NetReveal, SAS, and OFSAA, along with solid knowledge of risk management, data management practices, and core banking and regulatory processes.
• They must demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint to create visually compelling presentations and effectively present information to diverse audiences.
• The role requires excellent presentation, demonstration, problem‑solving, and quick prototyping or proof‑of‑concept skills, with experience in configuring or implementing major regulatory reporting platforms considered an advantage.
• The candidate should be passionate about customer‑facing roles, able to quickly grasp new technologies, and capable of driving execution efficiently in dynamic environments.
