Power Platform Administrator
• Support & triage: Own the queue (ServiceNow/Azure DevOps), monitor app/flow/bot failures, resolve common issues, escalate to Lead/Architect as needed.
• Automation for ops: Build and maintain operational automations (failure notifications, capacity alerts, housekeeping flows, basic health dashboards).
• Copilot Studio operations: Bot release management, topic updates, data connections, regression testing, telemetry & quality checks; ensure alignment with governance and responsible AI guidelines.
• Onboarding & documentation: Bring new apps/flows/bots under governance, maintain runbooks/KB articles, publish user guidance.
• Proactive improvements: Propose enhancements to stability, usability, and supportability.
Must have skills
• 2–4 years with Power Apps & Power Automate troubleshooting; working knowledge of Copilot Studio (topics, generative answers, data sources, channel config).
• Strong customer communication (clear, empathetic, action oriented); ability to translate technical issues for non technical audiences.
Certifications (preferred): PL 200; exposure to PL 400 helpful
