Job Description

• Experience in design & development
• Good exposure of product development lifecycle for Exterior trims
• Strong knowledge on manufacturing processes of injection moulded plastic components
• Very strong in Catia V5/ UG-NX CAD software - part design, surfacing, assembly, drafting.
• Good knowledge of DFM, DFA, DFS, DFMEA, DVP, 3D annotations, GD & T, tolerance stack-up, change management.
• Experience of working in CFT environment.
• Very good in English communication (written and oral)
• Adopt at using problem solving techniques, to resolve validation/assembly/manufacturing & interpersonal issues. 

SECONDARY SKILLS

• Lead Engineer (Passenger Car Interior & Exterior trims)
• Qualifications: BE/ME (Mechanical/Automotive)
• Experience: Preferred- Bumpers systems, Rear Deck lids and Fenders
• Tool: Catia V5/ UG-NX
