Your Role
- Develop and maintain architectural documentation, design blueprints, and technical specifications for all xECM implementation
- Troubleshooting & Optimisation: Proactively identify and resolve any technical issues during and after implementations, optimising system performance.
- Develop & Design: Architect and design OpenText xECM solutions tailored to the business needs, ensuring scalability, security, and optimal performance.
- Integration Expertise: Lead the integration of OpenText xECM with core enterprise systems like SAP, SharePoint, and others.
- Project Leadership: Guide the project teams through solution design, technical decisions, and ensure alignment with best practices in ECM.
- Stakeholder Management: Work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and end-users to capture requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Development in customisation, configurations, and enhancements of OpenText xECM to meet specific business needs.
- Governance and Compliance: Ensure that ECM solutions adhere to organisational governance policies, regulatory compliance, and content management best practices.
- Mentoring and Team Collaboration: Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members, promoting knowledge sharing and collaboration.
Your Profile
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in Enterprise Content Management (ECM), with at least 3-5 years in OpenText xECM.
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in OpenText products (xECM, Content Suite), and strong knowledge of integration with systems like SAP, Salesforce, and Microsoft.
- Experience in relevant programming languages such as Java, .NET, or ABAP for custom solution development.
- Strong understanding of database management systems such as SQL Server, Oracle, etc.
- Ability to manage projects, timelines, and deliverables, working effectively in cross-functional teams.
