Your Role
- Manage and support Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and business calling/voice features across the enterprise.
- Solve complex and advanced operational issues related to Teams collaboration, meetings, file sharing, and voice services.
- Ensure platforms meet operational, security, reliability, and performance standards.
- Configure and manage Teams calling features, including phone system setup and voice troubleshooting.
- Support end users with account setup, permissions, access management, meetings, calls, and file sharing.
- Collaborate with network and IT infrastructure teams to ensure optimal connectivity and call quality.
- Create, maintain, and update user guides, knowledge articles, and support documentation.
- Mentor and train other engineers, sharing best practices and technical expertise
Your Profile
- 6 to 9 years of experience in Microsoft 365 administration, with strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Teams and SharePoint Online.
- Proven experience supporting and troubleshooting Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams calling/voice services in a global environment.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 security, permissions, governance, and compliance concepts.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI for operational reporting and data-driven insights.
- Experience automating tasks using PowerShell or similar scripting tools is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of networking fundamentals impacting voice, meetings, and collaboration tools.
- Strong documentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical topics clearly.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional IT teams and stakeholders.
