Medical Devices Solutioning & AI Transformation

Your Role

As a Senior Professional – Medical Devices Solutioning & AI Transformation, you will support solutioning, presales, proposal development, and AI-led engineering transformation initiatives for Medical Devices and Life Sciences clients. You will work with account teams, solution architects, delivery leaders, AI specialists, and client stakeholders to develop differentiated solutions and business value propositions.

In this role, you will:

• Support solutioning for Medical Devices, Digital Health, Connected Products, Software Engineering, V&V, Quality Engineering, and Sustaining Engineering opportunities.
• Contribute to RFPs, RFIs, solution narratives, estimations, staffing plans, and proposal development.
• Translate customer challenges into measurable business outcomes and engineering solutions.
• Participate in client discovery workshops, solution reviews, and presales discussions.
• Create reusable proposal assets, case studies, and solution templates.
• Identify AI and GenAI opportunities across engineering, quality, regulatory, validation, documentation, and post-market processes.
• Support AI-driven solutions for test automation, requirements analysis, defect analytics, productivity improvement, and knowledge management.
• Collaborate with AI CoEs and engineering teams to develop PoCs, accelerators, and adoption roadmaps.
• Support product engineering programs across design, development, verification, validation, release, maintenance, and sustenance.
• Prepare client presentations, business cases, and solution walkthroughs.
• Ensure proposed solutions are scalable, practical, and aligned with delivery capabilities.

Your Profile

Experience

• 10–15 years of experience in Medical Devices, Life Sciences, Engineering Services, Solutioning, or Presales.

Technical & Domain Expertise

• Strong understanding of Medical Device product development lifecycle.
• Experience in Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, Verification & Validation, Quality Engineering, and Sustaining Engineering.
• Exposure to Digital Health, Connected Devices, AI/GenAI, Cloud, Data, and Analytics solutions.
• Knowledge of Quality Management Systems, Risk Management, Regulatory Compliance, and Post-Market processes.
• Experience in solution architecture, proposal development, effort estimation, and transformation roadmaps.

• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.
• Ability to articulate technical solutions in business-friendly language.
• Excellent consulting, presentation, workshop facilitation, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience collaborating with engineering, AI, quality, cybersecurity, and regulatory teams.
