Job Description - Grade Specific

• 7+ years of experience (Senior Maximo Developer)
• Develop, configure, and customize Maximo applications using MBOs, Java, automation scripts, and the Maximo Integration Framework (MIF).
• Implements Maximo Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) solutions to meet business requirements.
• Integrating Maximo with other systems using MIF (Maximo Integration Framework). Manage and develop integrations between Maximo and other enterprise systems.
• Create and modify reports, such as BIRT and COGNOS, to meet analytical needs.
• Perform Configuration & data migration and manage database configurations within the Maximo environment.
• Provide functional and technical support, troubleshoot and resolve issues, and support system upgrades and performance tuning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions & enhancements.
• Work closely with business analysts, functional teams, and stakeholders to understand requirements and align solutions with business goals.
• Create and maintain system documentation, including technical specifications and workflow diagrams.
• Skills like Java, SQL, scripting, BIRT, and knowledge of Maximo modules (Work Management, Inventory, etc.) are essential.
