Managing Business Solution Designer

Job Role

We are looking for highly skilled Japanese Bilingual Associates with hands-on experience in AWS or Software Testing. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills in both Japanese and English, and be comfortable collaborating with Japanese clients and technical teams.

Roles/Responsibilities

  • Communicate with Japanese stakeholders, clients, and internal teams (verbal & written).
  • Translate business requirements, technical documents, and meeting discussions.
  • Work on AWS cloud services or perform functional/non-functional testing based on project needs.
  • Support project delivery by bridging communication between Japanese and Indian teams.
  • Participate in client calls, requirement gathering sessions, and status meetings.
  • Prepare and review bilingual documentation (English⇆Japanese).
  • Coordinate with onsite/offshore teams; support potential onsite assignments.

Required Skills

  • JLPT N2 Certification (Mandatory)
  • Strong proficiency in Japanese and English communication.
  • 1.5 to 3 years of experience in:
    • AWS Cloud Services, OR
    • Software Testing (manual or automation)
  • Understanding of SDLC & agile methodologies.
  • Ability to work in a multicultural environment.

Nice to Have skills

Knowledge of DevOps tools (CI/CD, Git, Jenkins).
Experience working with Japanese clients or in Japan.
Understanding of ITIL processes.
