Your Role

  • Design, implement, and administer Managed File Transfer (MFT) solutions using IBM Sterling Connect:Direct, Sterling Integrator, and Sterling File Gateway environments
  • Deploy, configure, upgrade, and maintain Connect:Direct infrastructure across UNIX and Windows platforms. 
  • Manage Connect:Direct configurations, Secure+ setups, certificate renewals, File Agent configurations, and secure file transfer operations.
  • Configure and support partner connectivity, protocol settings, and file transfer workflows within Sterling Integrator, Sterling Secure Proxy, and Sterling File Gateway environments.
  •  Monitor and optimize MFT operations, troubleshoot file transfer issues, and ensure secure, reliable, and high-performance data movement across enterprise systems. 

Your Profile

  • 6 to 12 years of experience in Managed File Transfer (MFT) administration and IBM Sterling solutions.
  • Strong expertise in IBM Sterling Connect:Direct installations, upgrades, configurations, administration, and troubleshooting.
  • Hands-on experience with IBM Sterling Commerce File Gateway, Sterling Integrator, Sterling Secure Proxy, Secure+, and File Agent configurations.
  • Experience in Connect:Direct cluster configuration and administration across UNIX and Windows environments.
  • MFT certifications (CFTP, IBM Certified Connect:Direct Administrator, Sterling Integrator Certification) and/or ITIL certification are desirable.
