Primary Skills
Incident Identification and Assessment:
- Rapidly assess and identify major incidents, classifying their impact and urgency.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to gather information and understand the scope of the incident.
Secondary Skills
Incident Coordination:
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams during the resolution of major incidents.
- Prioritize and allocate resources effectively to address critical issues promptly.
- Maintain a centralized incident log and track resolution progress.
Job Description
- Proven experience in a major incident management role or similar position.
- Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks.
- Conduct thorough root cause analysis for major incidents to prevent recurrence.
- Work with relevant teams to implement corrective actions and improvements.
- ITIL Foundation or other relevant certifications in incident management.
