Your Role

Your Profile

• Lead and contribute to multiple Salesforce projects, including digital transformation initiatives, owning specific modules or workstreams.
• Design and develop scalable, high‑quality, and customized Salesforce solutions following best practices and architectural standards.
• Work across multiple Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing, or Data Cloud, as applicable).
• Utilize advanced Salesforce features, including automation, security, and performance optimization.
• Strong hands‑on experience in Salesforce development, configuration, and customization.
• Design and implement integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, or Salesforce platform tools.
• Participate actively in the full development lifecycle—requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and post‑production support.
• Identify opportunities for application optimization, enhancements, and innovation to improve performance and user experience.
• Stay current with Salesforce releases and new features, recommending and implementing continuous technical improvements.
• Work effectively in a multi‑vendor and cross‑functional environment, providing guidance and technical direction to junior team members when required.
• Demonstrate strong problem‑solving, communication, collaboration, and stakeholder‑management skills.
