Lead Pharma Solution Architect

Roles & Responsibilities

• This person will Lead Pharma AMS assessments, solutioning, proposal support and delivery excellence within Life Sciences.
• The candidate should have a innovative and solutioning mindset; the firm seeks not only a strong leader who can articulate a vision, but one who can also drive execution of that vision in a very concrete manner that results in tangible business outcomes (Wins with desired contribution margin, revenue, market recognition).
• The role demands a high level of autonomy; a strong appetite to drive change and overcome organizational complexity; and a high level of drive to build a business from its current strong foundations to a potential billion-scale business.
• Key Responsibilities: Portfolio analysis, workshops, solution design, estimation, vendor evaluation, application rationalization, stakeholder management, transformation roadmap development.
• Domain Scope: Pharma R&D, Labs, Clinical, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, TechOps, Commercial and enterprise integrations.
• Mandatory Pharma Platforms: Pharma value chain, GxP, CSV, AMS estimation, application rationalization, transformation roadmap, proposal leadership
• AMS Proposal Responsibilities: Application inventory assessment, criticality mapping, support model definition, transition planning, effort estimation, SLA/KPI framework, modernization recommendations and risk assessment.
• Regulatory & Compliance Expectations: GxP, GAMP5, 21 CFR Part 11, Annex 11, Data Integrity, CSV, audit readiness and validation lifecycle awareness.

Our Ideal Candidate

They will have 18-25 years of experience in Pharma & Lifesciences with a strong project track record and demonstrated P&L contribution to sales.

Required Qualifications: Bachelor/Masters in Engineering, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Life Sciences or equivalent; relevant Pharma domain experience; strong stakeholder communication.

Preferred Qualifications: Global delivery experience, Agile/SAFe knowledge, cloud platforms, AI/Data exposure, relevant platform certifications.
