Job Description
Your Role
- Lead and support end-to-end implementations of LabWare LIMS, ELN, and LES solutions.
- Gather and analyze laboratory business requirements, translating them into system configurations and enhancements.
- Configure and customize LabWare LIMS modules to meet laboratory and business needs.
- Create and maintain master data including Products, Projects, Analyses, Calculations, Automation Scripts, Message Engine configurations, and related system data.
- Develop and maintain LIMS Basic scripts, format calculations, analysis component calculations, and custom automation solutions.
- Configure and support sample lifecycle management, lot management, and workflow automation.
- Integrate laboratory instruments and external systems with LabWare to enable seamless data exchange.
- Design and develop Crystal Reports using Query Tags and Access Routines.
- Perform static data administration, system maintenance, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with Agile teams and cross-functional stakeholders to design, test, and deploy new features.
- Support data migration, validation, and system integration activities while ensuring data integrity.
- Act as a liaison between laboratory users, business stakeholders, and vendors.
- Monitor system performance and implement optimization improvements.
- Ensure compliance with GxP, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
Your Profile
- 4 to 9 + years of hands-on experience in LabWare LIMS/ELN/LES implementation and support.
- Looking for Pune, Hyderabad, Bengaluru and Kolkata.
- Strong expertise in LIMS Basic Scripting and MethEX Module.
- Good knowledge of LabWare configuration, master data management, workflow design, and automation.
- Experience with format calculations, analysis component calculations, variables, properties, and algorithm development.
- Strong understanding of LabWare Lot Management and Sample Lifecycle Management.
- Experience integrating instruments and external applications with LabWare.
- Hands-on experience with Crystal Reports, Query Tags, and Access Routines.
- Knowledge of data migration, validation activities, version control, and data governance principles.
- Familiarity with GxP, laboratory compliance standards, and regulated environments.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
