Intune Administrator SME

Your Role

• Manage Windows 10/11 modern devices using Microsoft Intune, including configuration profiles, security baselines, custom OMA‑URI settings, and application deployments (Win32, LOB, Store apps).
• Implement endpoint security and compliance with Conditional Access, Defender for Endpoint, compliance policies, and regular audits of non-compliant devices.
• Develop automation using PowerShell, Graph API, Azure Automation for application packaging, reporting, lifecycle tasks, and bulk operations.
• Act as a Tier‑3 expert for Intune/Endpoint Manager issues including enrollment failures, policy conflicts, app deployment issues, and connectivity problems.
• Collaborate with Microsoft Support for escalations and ensure timely resolution of complex technical issues.

Your Profile

• 9–12 years of hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and managing Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager environments.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Azure AD / Entra ID, Conditional Access, Defender for Endpoint, device join scenarios (Azure AD Join, Hybrid Join), and Autopilot provisioning.
• Proficiency in PowerShell, Graph API, JSON, and automation tools for endpoint management.
• Experience with configuration profiles, compliance policies, app deployment (Win32, MSI, LOB), patch/update management, and custom OMA‑URI implementations.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex device issues including enrollment, policy, connectivity, VPN (GlobalProtect), and application failures.
