Holds an important role in overseeing and optimizing procurement processes service delivery within the Procurement Organization. Responsible for delivering services as per assigned scope through effective management of Service Delivery Team, managing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring adherence to quality standards. Fosters a culture of continuous improvement by employing process and technological proficiency, along with effective communication, to drive service excellence. Participates in transformation projects, ensuring alignment with service delivery objectives, and facilitating proper integration of processes and technologies.

Role Overview Provides and supervises procurement processes service delivery as per scope to meet specific KPIs Demonstrates and promotes organizational vision and values Acts as a stakeholders partner and enabler Maintains a cross functional cooperation with stakeholders Ensures service delivery activities comply with procedures and policies Actively participates in cross regional exchange of knowledge, best practices and enhancements Supports ad hoc reporting needs Demonstrates Procure to Pay P2P process knowledge Monitors process adherence across work perimeter and escalates concerns as needed Coordinatesorsupports junior professionals in process adherence and problem solving Provides support and mentorship to junior service delivery professionals Executes improvement initiatives to achieve overall Team efficiency Supports transformation initiatives General Responsibilities or Accountabilities Directs and supervises Service Delivery Professionals, acting as a people manager to foster a collaborative and high performing team Responsible for procurement processes service delivery Follows strategic and operational objectives aligned with organizational goals Ensures the daily activities are fulfilled properly and timely in accordance with procedures and KPI targets Handles complex inquiriesorescalations demonstrating professionalism, competence, and client centricity Responsible for coordinating and assisting with stakeholders ad hoc reporting requirements Contributes to development and implementation of operational procedures Develops and maintains relationships with Stakeholders Contributes to budget reviews Maintains cross regional cooperation to keep operations aligned Demonstrates knowledge of processes and procedures relevant to the function Provides guidance and proactively shares knowledge on Procure to Pay P2P and Service Delivery procedures with junior professionals, promoting a collaborative working culture Cooperates with cross functional teams to improve tools and systems in use Enforces all procurement policies, relevant procedures and compliance processes Continually strives to simplify, standardize and improve service delivery processes Continually seeks out ways to improve stakeholders satisfaction Actively involved in transformation projects activities acting as an operational Subject Matter Experts
