Your Role

  • Lead Financial Planning activities, including monthly Forecasts & Actuals and annual Budgets across P&L and key KPI lines, ensuring timely system uploads and validation checks.
  • Deliver Financial Reporting and Management Dashboards, providing insightful commentaries on variances vs. Budget/Forecast, YoY and sequential trends, ratios, and business mix.
  • Perform Financial Analysis and Variance Analysis, explaining key drivers between actuals, forecasts, and budgets, and supporting strategic and operational decision‑making.
  • Ensure Data Management, Governance, and Compliance through strong validation, reconciliations, adherence to internal controls, SOPs, and reporting standards.
  • Drive Cross‑functional collaboration, stakeholder engagement, and transformation, supporting Business Reviews, long‑range plans, ad‑hoc analyses, and process digitization/automation initiatives.

Your Profile

  • 4–12 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), financial reporting, and performance management within a large organization.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, P&L structures, and key KPI levers impacting business performance.
  • Hands‑on experience in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting with the ability to translate data into clear business insights.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; exposure to large ERPs such as SAP, Oracle, or HFM is preferred.
  • Experience in service or IT industry environments, with added advantage of data analytics, visualization, storytelling skills, and knowledge of internal controls and governance frameworks.
  • Should be willing to work in UK/US Shift
