Job Description

  • Good knowledge on ITIL Process & O365 Administration & implementation. 
  • Microsoft Active Directory Domain Services. 
  • Microsoft Active Directory Federation Services. 
  • Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Hybrid Entra ID & Identity and access management
  • Configuring PowerBroker policies to support application elevation in a locked down environment 
  • Strong troubleshooting mind-set (e.g. parsing event log, Sysinternals, analyzing memory dumps) 
  • General knowledge of user profile management (Citrix , Flex,Appsense,) 
  • Expertise in Administrative support, Documentation Management and resolution of complex issues; demonstrate professionalism, attention to details and collaborative nature. 
  • Effectively manage time and maintain regular communication and pass updates to both customer and internal management.
