Job Description

  • Solution Design & Architecture: Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of EUC solutions (desktops, VDI, MDM) and Microsoft 365 SaaS services like Exchange, Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Technology Evaluation & Innovation: Assess emerging EUC technologies, recommend modern tools, and align solutions with industry trends and compliance (GDPR, HIPAA, APRA).
  • Collaboration & Leadership: Work closely with stakeholders, IT teams, and security experts to ensure a secure, efficient, and user-friendly EUC environment.
  • Deployment & Optimization: Oversee EUC solution rollouts, optimize device performance, manage software lifecycles, and enhance remote/hybrid work capabilities.
  • Security & Compliance: Implement robust endpoint security, access controls, and encryption while enforcing compliance policies to mitigate risks and improve resilience.

Primary Skills

  • Strong expertise in end-user computing technologies, including virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI), desktop management tools, MDM, and application delivery.
  • Experience with enterprise-level EUC platforms such as Microsoft Azure components related to Azure Virtual Desktop, such as Azure Landing Zones, FSLogix, Storage, User Profile Session Monitoring along with AVD Monitoring tool such as Nerdio.
  • Experience with enterprise-level EUC SaaS solution such as Microsoft 365, and cloud-based EUC centric security solutions.
  • Experience with advanced application packaging and patching tools such as PatchMyPC, Microsoft Intune Advanced Analytics: Enterprise Application Management.
