Job Description
Your Role
As an ETQ Administrator/Developer, you will be responsible for administering, configuring, and enhancing ETQ Reliance applications to support Quality Management System (QMS) processes. You will work closely with business users, QA teams, and stakeholders to analyze requirements, configure solutions, and ensure successful delivery.
In this role, you will:
- Administer and maintain ETQ Reliance applications and environments.
- Gather, analyze, and convert business requirements into ETQ solutions.
- Configure workflows, forms, notifications, security roles, and business rules.
- Collaborate with business users, QA teams, and developers throughout the SDLC.
- Perform data analysis and troubleshooting using SQL.
- Develop and support CRUD operations using Java, C#, Python, JavaScript, .NET, or similar technologies.
- Manage defects, test execution, and validation activities using qTest.
- Support UAT, deployments, and post-production activities.
- Create technical documentation, test cases, and user guides.
- Troubleshoot application issues and provide timely resolutions.
Your Profile
- 6–9 years of experience in ETQ Administration, Development, or QMS solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- ETQ Reliance Administrator Certification (Mandatory).
- Strong hands-on experience with ETQ administration and configuration.
- Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, and stakeholder management.
- Strong knowledge of qTest for test and defect management.
- Strong SQL expertise including:
- Joins
- Stored Procedures
- Views
- Data Validation
- Query Optimization
- Experience with CRUD operations using Java, C#, Python, JavaScript, .NET, or similar technologies.
- Knowledge of ETQ workflow configuration, forms customization, security setup, and business rules.
- Experience working directly with clients and business stakeholders.
- Exposure to API integrations, SDLC, Agile methodologies, and QMS processes is preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
