Your Role

  • Work on Duck Creek Billing and Duck Creek Policy implementations, enhancements, and support activities.
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for insurance policy and billing processes.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, and technical teams to deliver solutions.
  • Configure and support billing, policy administration, and financial management processes.
  • Ensure integration between Duck Creek applications and other insurance platforms

Your Profile

  • 6+ yrs strong experience with Duck Creek Billing and Duck Creek Policy.
  • Knowledge of insurance domain, especially Personal Lines Insurance.
  • Understanding of billing systems, accounting, auxiliary accounting, and financial management processes.
  • Experience in requirement gathering, system configuration, and testing.
