PRIMARY SKILLS

Strong knowledge on design and development of Plastic, foam & trims, experience on frame is added advantage,

Able to interact with customers and manufacturing suppliers to fulfil all the technical requirements on the project.

Strong knowledge of regulatory standards for Seating FMVSS and ECE.

Strong knowledge on manufacturing processes of injection moulded plastic components.

Very strong in UGNX/Catia CAD software - part design, surfacing, assembly, drafting.

SECONDARY SKILLS

Very strong track record of team handling.

Strong knowledge of DFM, DFA, DFS, DFMEA, DVP, 3D annotations, GD & T, tolerance stack-up, change management.

Strong experience of working in CFT environment.

Proactive and self motivated, must be able to drive the project and meeting the project timelines.
