Cloud PAM Administrator (ON-Prem)

Your Role

• Administer and support CyberArk PAM (v12.x+), including EPV, CPM, PSM, PVWA, PSMP, and PTA, ensuring system availability, health checks, and proactive monitoring.
• Perform onboarding, safe and platform management, password management, and integrate CyberArk with Windows, Unix, databases, network devices, SSH keys, and web applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across PAM components, conduct root cause analysis (RCA), and ensure continuous service reliability and performance.
• Configure and integrate CyberArk with enterprise systems such as LDAP, SIEM, MFA, Ping SSO, and manage automation tools like PACLI, PSM AutoIT, and password upload utilities.
• Handle vulnerability remediation, disaster recovery implementation, and ensure secure operations through best practices across all CyberArk infrastructure components.

Your Profile

• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience administering or developing within the CyberArk toolset, with hands-on expertise in CyberArk version 12.xx and above.
• Strong knowledge of CyberArk components including EPV, CPM, PSM, PSMP, PVWA, and PTA, with hands-on troubleshooting and component health monitoring experience.
• Experience in platform integration (Windows, UNIX, databases, network devices, SSH keys), onboarding, safe management, password management, and integration with LDAP, SIEM, SNMP, and MFA/Ping SSO.
• Proven expertise in troubleshooting, root cause analysis, vulnerability mitigation, disaster recovery, and use of CyberArk utilities such as PACLI, PSM AutoIT scripts, and password upload tools.
