Cards Migration Lead

Your Role

A seasoned Cards and Issuing professional with 8–16 years of experience, including leading large-scale card migration programs. Possesses strong expertise in end-to-end data migration strategy, encompassing data discovery, extraction, mapping, transformation, validation, and reconciliation aligned to structured migration methodologies. Demonstrates deep knowledge of card data elements, including cardholder and account data, product hierarchies, controls, limits, fees, billing, blocks, ISO8583 messaging fields, authorization attributes, and clearing/settlement processes such as VCX and BASE II. Experienced in working with leading card platforms including HPS PowerCARD, VisionPLUS, TSYS, and CoreCard, with the ability to interpret complex platform data dictionaries and layouts. Brings hands-on experience in data quality, balancing, and reconciliation frameworks, along with a strong understanding of API-driven integrations, microservices, and card ecosystem interfaces such as fraud management, statements, embossing, and alerts. Recognized for strong leadership, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication skills, with proven experience supporting large banking transformations and commercial card modernization initiatives
